We all know that Samsung is all set to launch its series of Flagship Smartphone, the Galaxy S10 family on the 20th of February, 2019. Speculations are that the Korean giant will launch three variants at the event namely – the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+ and the Galaxy S10e.
As per the recent leaks, all the three variants are expected to feature Infinity-O Display panels. The most affordable of the three smartphones will be the Galaxy S10e and is rumored to feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner as well as a dual rear camera setup. As rumors have it, the most premium one, the Galaxy S10+ is expected to sport triple cameras at the rear, dual front cameras and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. The middle variant, Galaxy S10 will arrive with triple rear camera setup, a single selfie camera and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Too many rumors have flocked the internet and there is hardly anything that remains under the wraps about the Galaxy S10 family. This launch will mark Samsung’s decade long run in launching the Galaxy S-series. Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy S10e pricing, color options
Recent leaks claim that the S10e version will be priced at EUR 749 (approx. INR 59,900) for the 6GB RAM/128GB storage version. Available in Canary Yellow, Prism Black, Green and White color options – followed by a Blue option at a later stage. The S10 version, on the other hand may be launched at a price tag of EUR 899 (approx. 73,500) for a similar spec and storage variant. Color options on the Galaxy S10 might be Black, Green, White and Blue. The 8GB RAM/512GB storage variant might be priced at EUR 1,149 (approx. 93,900) and will have Prism Black, Green, Pearl White and Blue as its color options.
As far as the Galaxy S10+ variant is concerned, the 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant could cost EUR 999 (approx. INR 79,900) with Black, Green, White and Blue as the color options, whereas the 8GB/512GB variant might support a price tag of EUR 1,249 (approx. INR 1,02,100) and an additional Prism Black color option. Sources, have even confirmed that the S10+ version is going to get a 12GB RAM/1TB storage variant in Ceramic Black and Ceramic White color options that could cost upto EUR 1,499 (approx. INR 1,19,000).
The official prices will be revealed in a couple of days from now, but even the cheapest version of the S10 family could be priced above EUR 700 (approx. INR 56,000).
Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy S10e pre-booking, various offers, availability
With the launch event being only a couple of days away, the US website of the Korean giant has already started taking pre-booking orders for the next flagship. All those who pre-book the latest flagship will get a cashback of up to $550 in exchange of their old models and also a credit of $50 to purchase accessories. Shipment of the reserved phones will start on March 8.
Samsung Galaxy S10 specifications, design
Rumors suggesting, the Samsung Galaxy S10 might flaunt an Infinity-O Display panel, with little to no bezels up front. Leaked renders show that the smartphone is seen featuring a single selfie camera, a triple rear camera setup and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
When it comes to other specifications, the Galaxy S10 is rumored to be equipped with Android 9 Pie with One UI and supports a 6.1-inch display and Snapdragon 855 or Exynos 9820 SoC. The camera on the Galaxy S10 might feature an ultra-wide 16MP sensor with an f/1.9 aperture and 123-degree field of view, but without the OIS and autofocus support. Accompanying it will be a main 12MP sensor with a 78-degree field of view and a variable aperture, having a range between f/1.5 and f/2.4. The prmary sensor will miss out on the autofocus and OIS features, just like the one with the ultra-wide lens. The last sensor in the triple camera setup with come with a 13MP telephoto lens with a 45-degree field of view and a f/2.4 aperture. A similar triple camera setup is expected on the Galaxy S10+ version, too.
When it comes to the single selfie camera, the Galaxy S10 model might include a new 10MP selfie camera with OIS, Dual Pixel autofocus technology and also support 4K video recording.
The camera features on the Galaxy S10 lineup might include full-HD Super Slow-MO, 4K selfie camera, Best Shot and HDR10+ support for videos. Further, the S10 might be packed with a 3,300mAH battery, support reverse wireless charging and measure 149,9×71.6×8.1mm in dimensions.

The most premium smartphone in the lineup, the Galaxy S10+ might pack in dual front cameras and an Infinity-O Display panel. Just like the S10, the S10+ will also come with a triple rear camera setup and an in-display fingerprint sensor, supporting a 6.4-inch display.
In terms of other specifications, the S10+ might support Android Pie with One UI software, feature a Snapdragron 855 or Exynos 9820 SoC, up to 12GB of RAM and 1TB of in-built storage. When it comes to the battery, the S10+ is likely to include a large 4,00mAH battery and measure 157.0×75.3×8.1mm in dimensions.
Samsung Galaxy S10e specifications, design
The third variant in the lineup, the Galaxy S10e, the most affordable of all three versions, is tipped to come with a 5.8-inch Infinity-O Display panel, a full-HD+ (2280×1080 pixel) resolution with Gorilla Glass 5, a single selfie camera setup, a dual rear camera setup and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Galaxy S10e will also run on Android 9 Pie with One UI and be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC or Exynos 9820 SoC. The most affordable Galaxy S10e will reportedly be offered in two variants, that will include one with a 6GB RAM/128GB inbuilt storage and the other being with a 8GB/256GB storage. When it comes to the battery, the S10e might feature in a 3,000mAH battery.
Other expectations at the Galaxy Unpacked 2019 Event
At the Unpacked Event, Samsung is also set to unveil its foldable phone. Together with this the company is also expected to launch its wireless earbuds and also the 5G variant of the Galaxy S10. The Wearable App also revealed that the event will also bring to light the Galaxy Watch Active smartwatch, the Galaxy Fit and Galaxy Fit-e-smart fitness bands.
